Fergie, also known as Stacy (Ann) Ferguson gave her first yel in March 27, in the year 1975 in Whittier, Hacienda Heights in California in the USA. She's the daughter of Terri Gore and Patrick Ferguson. She has one sister and she listens to the name Dana. Stacy is a singer-songwriter and her sis Dana is an actress. Stacy and Dana are from Irish, Scottish and Mexican descent.
Stacy appeared for the first time on television at the age of 8 with the program Kids Incorporated. She appeared over 100 times with this show and some were with Renee Sandstrom. Stacy graduated from G. A. Wilson High School, California in 1993.
The all-female band Wild Orchid, with in the formation, Stacy of course, Stefanie Ridel and Renee Sandstrom (Hey, from Kids Inc.) released 2 albums. Unfortunate their Record Label declined to release their third album and Stacy left the formation. She went into a dark period of drug addiction. But, Stacy is Stacy and she fought her way back out again.
In 2003 the Black Eyed Peas were recording their album "Elephunk" and Will.i.am invited Stacy to a try out for the song "Shut Up". The following spring Stacy recorded some more songs with the Peas and replaced Kim Hill who left the Peas in 2000. Stacy took the stage name Fergie and is now known as one of the Peabodies of the Black Eyed Peas.
After 2 succesfull albums with the Peas Ferg released her first own solo album "The Dutchess" in september 2006.In her songs you will find many influence and helping hands (vocals) from the Black Eyed Peas. Fergie stormed the top Charts.
Ferg was featured on Maxim's Hot 100 women of 2006 and voted in position at #36. In 2007 she was voted at #10. In a poll conducted by British broadcaster Sky, she has been voted to have the sexiest legs ahead of such beauties as Naomi Campbell and Petra Nemcova. The long-legged "London Bridge" singer recently admitted to having to work out extra hard to keep that glorious body in shape because of her strong addiction to pizza.
